Start-Up Problems Being An Educated Child Of An Illiterate Father.
Understanding Problems that are barriers in next-generation children’s growth.
Father is the most critical person in a child’s life. He nourishes an utterly helpless creature into a firm person. He loves him, help him to walk, gives sight to see society, distinguish between bad and good, differentiate between nice and rude, realises the height of the sky and depth of the sea, teaches hiking of sky-high mountains and swimming into deep waters, practices the religion, behaviour, character to show his child best practices.
In Asia or developing countries(developing fathers) or a part of a developing nation of a developed country, there is a part of or a type of father who has many considerable understanding gaps due to being an illiterate person. Yes, maybe due to a real problem; he couldn’t get an education, and I recognise entirely, I genuinely do. But think of a child who has to deal with his father whole life with all these understanding gaps which I am about to mention.
Being an educated child of an illiterate father.
Problem identification(For both Father and Son)
Child — -Educated
Father — -Illitrate/unable to understand/Not ready to even talk
Solution(For both Father and Son) knowhow in Mosque/Masjid as Class For IT knowhow, Startup ideas, Growth and Money
Growth in life and money = Practice of Religion(and not a Sin)
Father needs to be educated somewhere. (Masjid/Mosque is the only place where all problems( cast, status, education, territorial, racial, linguistic or ethnic) have no weightage)
Argument facts:
- Making money is not a sin( or an evil thought).
- Growth is not optional; it is compulsory.
- Development and money are HALAL in Islam (and even Sawaab) and in other religions.
- For growth, decision making is essential, and you have to be prepared for taking tough decisions.
Collateral problems with illiterate father
- They can’t go to school(Because of no school for the education of older people).
- They can’t go for a university degree(Because of no university for the education of older adults).
- There are no societies for older people, and even if we constitute, their surroundings vicinity/company won’t let them utilise this opportunity. (unfortunately, the vicinity system works that way.)
- They can’t leave the community(Street/area) because transition costs are very high. (and also because they are not willing to leave/change).
- They cant attend seminars because of the same.
- They can’t go to a start-up idea exhibition.
- They cant go to hear a public speaker(They don’t have time for this).
Because of the above problems, if a child presents an idea or solution to new start-ups or unique ideas, they reject this thought at once by followings ways:
- No response at all
- Response with a hurting smile.
- Tell a failure story of a similar/related person.
- Tell his effort or story of his failure to try something new.
- Tell his elder’s stories to break the thoughts on new start-ups.
- The blame game starts in many ways.
- Try to present themselves as we cant think of such ideas/start-ups because we are poor, and only the rich can think of such luxuries thinking.
When the source of new thinking is denied/closed.
Then:
- One more generation stays poor.
- No young start-ups.
- Traditional/classic existing flawed thinking occupied all-new rich ideas
- No success stories on the dining table
- Blame game.
- Barriers to accepting change.
- The barrier to innovation.
How they can be taught how such a significant number of people can take a step for future growth ???
In the mosque(or related places in every religion), they all gather in masjid five times a day without any difference in the cast, status, territorial, racial, linguistic or ethnic. They all gather to offer their prayers to ALLAH.
Recommendations:
A daily one hours class is ideal, but if weekly, that’s also a good start.
In that class, people should be trained by successful people around the town, society or city.
Conclusion:
This exercise will realise them that they are surrounded by successful people, and they are ready to help them succeed too.
People need to start a discussion about growth in a very comfortable way and at an accepting place.
This class discussion will help the educated child of an illiterate father to understand new start-ups, ideas and breakthrough changes.
The impact of this tiny step would be enormous. You do not need to build universities to get those people education.
The new generation’s future depends on it.
